Sharp is an Rochester native, who was educated in clarinet at Hochstein School of Music. She also played piano and cello. When she was awarded a scholarship to The Boston Conservatory because of her enthusiasm for school theatre Sharp applied for The Boston Conservatory. Cum Laude graduated with a B.F.A. Sharp's primary focus was on the stage. Sharp was a part of the Broadway National Tour of Carousel. Other stage shows include Abyssinia, Aida, Thunder Knockin', Jitney, The Producers, Big Street, Suburb and Joe Turner's Come and Gone, in which Sharp was a co-reader with playwright August Wilson himself. Alongside her performances on the screen and stage, Sharp has several other creative projects that she has written or co-written. The singer is also making her debut full-length album of her own. When she isn't working in front of or behind the camera, or recording in the studio music, Sharp has a love of fitness. She is always fitness classes and learning Krav Maga.. She also enjoys playing piano, hiking and long road trips. Sharp lives in Los Angeles with family.
